Broadsword Guide to the Negative Energy Plane

Hey fam,

Just letting you know that we'll be locking orders this weekend and then charging next. Once all that's out of the way, we'll be releasing the content little by little and gaining any feedback. After that, it's off to the printers (domestic, so it'll be fast).

Make sure to hit up Bree at [email protected] if you have any last minute issues.

Thanks!

Hey friends,

I'll be adjusting the EU shipping rates soon. This will be for the following countries:

Sorry for any mix-up there.

If you get the free dice, however, since we can't send that from the printer and shipping prices are INSANE due to the trade war (they went up +$20 on average since we did the campaign), we will have to charge the prices you're currently seeing.

Anyway, I hope that assuages some fears.

Thanks for bearing with us.

Remember: you haven't been charged for anything yet. So you *should* see the reduction automatically. If you don't, reach out to us at [email protected]

Hey folks,

Please note that if you ordered digital products only and got in early enough or were a repeat buyer making you qualify for free dice, that's what the shipping charge is. If you do not wish to have the dice sent to you, we can easily remove it manually (unfortunately, there was no way to do that before kicking it live).

Simply message us at [email protected], let us know your Backerkit email, and we'll take it off. The price should adjust right away.

Remember: nothing charges until later. So if you fill out the info—including your credit card—you aren't charged until the charge date. We promise we won't charge until everyone's good and ready.

Sorry for any confusion there!

Hey everyone,

Just letting you know that the surveys have been sent. If you see anything strange or you don't think something is working right, contact us at [email protected] and we'll try to get you squared away.

Thanks!

I will likely keep this open a few weeks until we're ready to release all the PDFs in their first pass form. Until then, you won't be charged for anything. I'll give you a heads-up at least a week in advance before we charge.

Hey friends,

Just letting you know that we got a bunch of good feedback from the smoke test. Right now, we're seeing how to fix the issue of the bonus rewards going out with digital-only backers. Once I hear back from our friends at Backerkit and have the issue fixed, we'll launch the full version.

Thanks!
